  • ½ cup of Nutella
  • 1 cup of milk
  • ½ teaspoon of kosher salt
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup of water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • Strawberries (optional)

Place your stove on medium heat while grabbing a medium nonstick skillet over the flame. Begin to melt your butter. Once your butter begins to turn a beautiful golden brown turn the heat off and set aside. Using a bowl, whisk your eggs, milk, egg yolk, salt and water. Once everything has been combined toss in your flour and continue whisking. Pour your browned butter into the bowl as well and mix until everything has become completely smooth. Wipe your nonstick pan down with a sheet of paper towel and place over the medium heat once again. Scoop about 1/3 of the batter onto the center of the pan and rotate slowly swirling the batter, allowing it to spread onto the sides of the pan. Cook on each side of the crepe for at least 1 to 2 minutes, once you notice the crepe turning a golden shade. Once your crepes have been made place on a serving plate and begin to fill with as much Nutella as you please. Begin to fold the crepe into a triangle form (fold your crepe in half, then fold once again in half.) If desired, place some freshly cut and washed strawberries onto your crepe as a topping.
